This 64% Teroldego and 36% Petite Sirah blend yields a bold, full-bodied, and deeply pigmented wine. It beautifully marries Teroldego’s bright acidity and dark berry notes with Petite Sirah’s muscular tannin structure and rich, spicy complexity. Pairs will with Ribeye steaks, smoked pork ribs, braised short ribs, or roasted lamb. Grilled portobello mushrooms, hearty roasted vegetables, or dishes featuring black truffles and  Aged Swiss, Gouda, or Camembert.
